Document verification is an act of confirmation, in which a mandatory authority will test or inspect the actuality of the document. A document is a synonymous term of the certificate is issued to prove or testify certain valid fact and the certificate will improve the authenticity of the fact. A certificate is a credential document that states the information is true. Document verification is certification procedure and it granted to every type of certificates like educational, medical, noneducational, commercial, etc. There are two types of procedures used for this verification first procedure and both procedures are varied in its mode of attestation.

  2.        Apostille attestation

Embassy or consulate is the responsible body of granting this valuable authentication. In this document verification process, the authority will affix a seal on the certificate to make it reliable in the concerned destination country. Document verification is a legal accreditation process and through this certification, the applicants can achieve their personal and professional opportunities. Hague convention member countries recommend the Apostille verification and a computer-generated Apostille stamp is used for this verification. Every embassy will check the authenticity of the certificate before granting certification.
